Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Blackstone SPG Seasoning (or your preferred all-purpose seasoning)
- 1 pound shaved beef steak
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups precooked jasmine rice
- 3-4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Chili onion sauce or sriracha (to taste, for heat)
Directions
- Preheat your griddle to medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to one side of the griddle and let it cook until fragrant.
- Place the broccoli on the same side of the griddle, stirring occasionally to mix with the garlic. Cook until the broccoli begins to soften.
- On the other side of the griddle, spread out the shaved beef steak evenly. Season the beef with Blackstone SPG (or your preferred seasoning).
- Stir and flip the beef occasionally, making sure to cook all sides evenly until browned and fully cooked.
- Once the beef is cooked through, mix it with the cooked broccoli and add the precooked jasmine rice. Stir everything together to combine.
- Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the mixture and continue cooking, tossing occasionally to ensure even coating.
- For added heat, top with chili onion sauce or sriracha according to your preference.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
