There’s something about waking up at a campsite on a crisp fall morning that just calls for comfort food. The kind of breakfast that makes the whole RV smell like cinnamon and spice, and has everyone peeking into the kitchen asking, “When’s it ready?” For us, that breakfast is Pumpkin French Toast.

In our house, my wife cooks the French toast, and I cook the pancakes—not sure why, but it works for us. I love cooking, but if I’m being honest, I’ll always prefer my wife’s cooking over mine. She just has that touch, and when she makes this Pumpkin French Toast, there’s no contest. The whole griddle comes alive with pumpkin, cinnamon, and vanilla, and you know right away you’re in for something special.

Pumpkin French Toast bursts with the cozy flavors of pumpkin and warm cinnamon spice—truly irresistible! It feels special enough to serve guests yet simple enough to enjoy on any morning, especially while RVing. Whether you’re settled into a quiet campsite or rolling down the highway, this recipe comes together effortlessly in your RV kitchen and is guaranteed to have everyone asking for seconds.
